How is this different to your other job application program Rescue your Resume?
My Rescue your Resume complete job application program is awesome, but it's self paced and on-demand, with minimal interaction with me (unless you add-on a 1:1 call).
The 6-Week Career Confidence Accelerator includes everything you'd get inside Rescue your Resume AND Job Interview Confidence, with loads of added material, plus weekly calls with me to talk you through the information and answer your questions.
I'll keep you accountable so that you actually finish your job application documents, win an interview, then walk into the interview with confidence. You'll also have the rest of the group there to cheer you on.
When are the group Zoom calls?
The calls for the next round of the program will be held on Fridays 12:30pm - 2:00pm AEST (Melbourne/Sydney time) on the following dates:

Each call goes for 1.5 hours and covers the pre-work, then the call content, with lots of discussion and interaction.
Can't attend one week? You can pre-submit questions and the calls will be recorded.
How many people are in the program with me? How much 1:1 support will I get?
I limit the number of program participants to 6, to enable everyone to get to know each other and to provide enough time on each call for everyone to have input and get feedback.
In addition to asking questions and participating in the live calls, you receive email support (editing, questions answered) between calls. You also have one 1:1 call included, which can be used for career coaching, resume tailoring, or interview coaching. Plus I will edit your draft resume!
What industries does the resume template suit?
The Rescue my Resume template is best practice for the Australian and New Zealand professional job market and is suitable for all sectors and job types. (Corporate sector, Government/Public sector, Not-for-Profit sector.)
What format are the templates?
All the templates are Microsoft Word documents, so they are easy to update and tailor moving forward. You can PDF your documents once you are ready to submit. I also provide a Google Docs version if you don't have access to Word.
Is the Resume Template ATS compliant?
Yes, the resume format is ATS (applicant tracking system/software) compliant. It should get through ATS as long as you include keywords from the job position description in your resume - which I teach you to do in the program.
How long do I have access to the program for?
The program itself is fully supported for the 6 weeks, and you'll have access to all the online resources for 2 years. You will need to use your 1:1 call with Emma within 1 year. Also, you can download the templates and workbooks for use at a later date.
How long will it take me to update my resume, letter and LinkedIn?
The clue is in the progam name! If you do your pre-work and homework each week, you should be ready to apply for new roles in 6 weeks!
What if I need extra help from Emma?
You receive one x 1 hour individual call with Emma which can be used for resume/application feedback and editing or interview coaching.
You can get extra assistance from Emma later by purchasing an additional 1:1 call for $197 (normally $247). The link to purchase at this special price can be found inside the program portal.
What if I just want you to write the whole thing for me?
As an experienced resume writer I offer the Next Level Career package for professional women in management and executive roles ready to take the next step in their career. There is limited availability for this premium service and the cost starts at $1997 for a resume, letter and LinkedIn profile.
